Evergreen Printing recognized for excellence

Evergreen Printing once again was selected by the International Association of Printing House Craftsmen for multiple Gold, Silver and Bronze awards from among thousands of entries worldwide. First Place awards were given for the printing of National Law Journal, Politico and Back Stage. Other winning titles were The Guardian Weekly and American Banker.

Evergreen Printing was also recognized in the December issue of Printing Impressions magazine for ranking in the top 30 percent of the 400 leading printing companies. While the majority of those 400 companies showed a decrease in sales, Evergreen Printing experienced an 8 percent increase in business from 2008 to 2009.

Evergreen Printing Company is a publication and commercial printer with complete heatset and non-heatset printing plus circulation fulfillment and mailing capabilities for business, trade and national publishers, community newspapers, colleges and universities.

Markeim-Chalmers arranges lease of office space

Markeim-Chalmers Inc., a leading commercial real estate and appraisal firm in Southern New Jersey, arranged the lease of 10,000 square feet of office space for Infinity Mortgage Co. at 7 Carnegie Blvd. in Cherry Hill. Matthew Neisser and Kevin T. Burns, both of Markeim-Chalmers, negotiated the long-term lease and represented the tenant as well as the landlord, a local investor. The new location will be Infinity Mortgage Co.’s main office and is a result of expansion.

Local SCORE chapter looking for new volunteers

SCORE, a non-profit organization funded by the Small Business Administration, counsels start-up and existing business entrepreneurs in growing their business.

The group is seeking volunteers who have expertise in areas of marketing, management, finance, event planning, IT Human Resource and other skills.
