The history of RCA’s golden years in Camden will be celebrated in a special event in the stylish Victor’s Pub on the ground floor of the famed “Nipper” building on Sunday, July 12 from 2 to 5 p.m. The iconic structure is also known as RCA building 17.

The Camden County Historical Society event offers something for everyone, whether you’re an RCA retiree, antique phonograph or radio enthusiast, history buff, or one of countless South Jersey residents for whom the glowing “Nipper” windows have always been a symbol of home.

RCA historian Fred Barnum, author of the book, “His Master’s Voice in America,” will present a multi-media program entitled “An Illustrated History of RCA.” There will also be live demonstrations of original Victor Talking Machines and Victrolas from the Society’s museum. Enjoy buffet-style appetizers, entrée, nonalcoholic beverages included. Cash bar. Restaurant menu available at a 10 percent discount. Open to all. $35 for Historical Society members and RCA retirees; $40 all others.
