Gregory Arnold, former senior vice president, Comcast, New Jersey Region, Eastern Division has joined RCH CABLE as Vice President, Strategic Planning.
A 28-year veteran of the cable industry, Arnold previously served as regional vice president for Comcast systems in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Prior to joining Comcast Arnold held senior management positions with TKR and Storer Cable.
Arnold is co-founder of the Metro New York Cable Marketing Co-op and has served as its president.
He holds a board of advisors position with Holiday Express, a non-profit organization that delivers music, toys, clothing and food to seriously ill individuals and disadvantaged families.
Arnold earned a AB degree from Saint Peters College, Jersey City. He presently resides in Central New Jersey with his wife and four children.
Allen Etish

Attorney Allen A. Etish was sworn in Thursday as president of the New Jersey State Bar Association, which represents more than 15,000 attorneys statewide.
Etish, a Cherry Hill resident and Partner at Archer & Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, took the oath of office from New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner during the bar association’s Annual Dinner and Installation of Officers.
Etish has served for the past year as NJSBA president-elect and said he is eager to assume his new duties.
Etish said he plans to marshal the energy of the association to help lawyers adapt and thrive during these difficult economic times.

Cynthia Boyer, Ph.D.

Cynthia Boyer, Ph.D., Senior Clinical Director, Brain Injury Services, Bancroft NeuroHealth, was recently appointed to the Board of the Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
The national organization offers a voluntary certification program specifically for staff and professionals working in brain injury services.
The program addresses the wide variety of unique skills and knowledge required of those who work with persons with brain injury.
Boyer oversees all Bancroft clinical treatment services for adults with acquired brain injuries in its residential, day, and out-patient programs.
A resident of Voorhees, Boyer supervises programs in Cherry Hill, Mullica Hill, Brick Township, Plainsboro and Voorhees. Prior to her 15 years with Bancroft, she served as Neuropsychologist at Mediplex Rehabilitation in Camden.
Boyer has worked in the field of neuropsychology and acquired brain injury for over 20 years. She received a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Delaware.
